One of the best ways to improve your diet is to choose a program and then enroll.
We meet 4 times, and each session includes a cooking demo. This will give you the tools you need to
transition to a better diet and healthier lifestyle in a month. Taking a program is a very affordable way to spend 6 hours getting support and guidance from a nutritionist. During the month, you'll be encouraged to put classroom lessons into practice.
All of our programs begin with a focus on your family diet. We want you to eat in a way that provides you with more energy, brain focus and helps you feel better. Through the month long program, each person learns to customize this diet to fit their own family's taste buds, budget, health and lifestyle.
The programs start the first week of every month. Class size is limited to 12 people.

THE HEALTHY FAMILY DIET: The Healthy
Family Diet is a 4-week program for people who want to make improvements
to family meals. Young families, reluctant cooks, and people wanting an
active lifestyle can benefit. We believe that better quality food
gives the body cleaner burning fuel that offers better overall
performance. Family members who feel good are more likely to get along,
to have academic and sports improvement, and are more likely to prefer

WEIGHT LOSS SCHOOL: Weight Loss School is a 4-week program
with cooking demonstrations. Learn good eating habits to incorporate
into a healthier lifestyle. We explore areas of underlying weight loss
resistance. Already lost weight with another program? No problem, we
will show you what no other program shows you - how to eat right. We teach you how food impacts your body so you can choose the right foods whenever you eat. That means there's no dieting, counting or weight loss products. New program begins every month. 4
30 - DAY HEALTH CHALLENGE: This
4 week program is for people who are dealing with a health problem and
want to see if a better diet can help. People are often told to eat a
healthy diet but are given very little guidance. The guidance often is disease specific and may even trade one disease for another. Ours is a holistic approach which means we think people want whole body health. We have found that a
nutritious diet offers a different outcome than comfort food. In this program, we'll explore health requirements
of different parts of the body and learn how to achieve the best
results using food. Each person can choose which and how many small
improvements they want to make. New program every month. 4 weeks $147

- The Problem of Gluten - Informational - for people who have been diagnosed or suspect an intolerance.
- Making Baby Food - A good time to take this class is when your baby is 4 months old. Learn to make baby food from scratch.
- Lifestyle Wellness - This is a follow-up program for people who have completed one of our 4-week programs. This session is also open to people who would like to try us out.
THE PROBLEM OF GLUTEN: Learn why
gluten is a factor in more than 100 health problems, and learn if it
could be part of your own health puzzle. Understand how gluten
intolerance may be related to fatigue, infertility, migraines, GERD,
pain, overweight or underweight, brain fog and so many symptoms. Take
home gluten-free recipes. Class is offered monthly. Ideal for chefs
and waitstaff, parents, undiagnosed, newly diagnosed, and people who

MAKE YOUR OWN BABY FOOD: Learn the ins and outs of starting
your baby on solid foods. Learn how to use the freshest ingredients to
prepare and store the food for your baby. Recommended - take this class
when baby is about 4 months old. Class offered monthly. This class

LIFESTYLE WELLNESS: Various topics that range from cooking sessions, to learning how the body works, using the kitchen for disease prevention and more.

Some people don't want a group setting and may prefer a private consultation.
- Our first session will take 90 minutes. We listen and get to know you. We'll get a food and health history and
develop a plan to improve your diet. We often recommend 3 sessions together, but some people work with us over an extended period of time. We are here to help.
Private Consultation for a Diet/Supplement check - This is an hour-long session. For this appointment, you will bring in a diet diary and supplements for review.
