When people ask what I mean by using the word Holistic in my business name, it means that I’m looking at the big picture of the individual and what’s happening in their whole body. This list.
People optimize their nutrition and work toward vitality at Holistic Nutrition Center. It means that we’ll use this list as a portion of our protocol. Where there are ‘issues’, we make a nutritional plan with a goal of fixing whatever we can.
Women at the pre-menopausal stage often come into our office complaining of a variety of issues that include fatigue, irritation, poor memory, sleep disturbances, pain, abdominal discomfort, and constipation. Although the list of symptoms may seem baffling, these symptoms may be nothing more than a need for more thiamin during this stage of life. A proper supplement regime that includes specific nutritional support may reduce or eliminate the need for medical treatment for many of these ‘issues’.
We help patients improve their foundation of health with nutrition. So if you want to have more energy, better digestion or you want to improve your athletic edge, we'll suggest an individualized nutrition plan to support your goal. A lot of our patients have continued to make improvements to their health long after they’ve graduated from our care.
To check to see if you have underlying nutritional issues, we recommend that you book an appointment.
