Carrot, Orange and Ginger Juice


Do you have a juicer?  Vegetable juices are perfect nutrient boosters!  This drink is sweet and filling to get you 

Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Juice

10-12 large organic carrots - unpeeled
1” knob of organic ginger - unpeeled
One orange – cut off the peel
1/2 ripe avocado – remove pit and peel

Put all through a juicer.  Sip ½ now and ½ later in the day.
